For one of our clients, we are looking for a Compliance Reporting and Auditing Specialist. As an experienced compliance professional, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations is your expertise. You play a key role in conducting compliance audits, analyzing data, assessing risks, and providing detailed reports that support regulatory and business needs. In doing so, you help ensure operational excellence and develop your professional career.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field, with at least 3 years of practical experience in compliance auditing, risk assessment, or regulatory reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills enable you to interpret contractual and regulatory requirements effectively. Experience with compliance tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills allow you to present audit findings clearly and persuasively.
  • You work methodically and independently while managing multiple client audits simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance standards and auditing best practices is a plus.
  • What will you be doing
    As a Compliance Reporting and Auditing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting compliance audits on external clients to ensure they adhere to contractual and regulatory obligations. Your role will involve analyzing compliance data to identify trends and assess risks, while preparing detailed audit reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations. You will monitor and report compliance risks, contributing to the development of protocols aimed at strengthening business relationships. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your work, as you engage closely with external clients to foster transparency and drive continuous compliance improvements. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on compliance best practices and work with stakeholders to resolve any compliance issues that arise.
