For one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As an HR officer, you are expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into the labor process.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HRM role
- Proven experience with HR and payroll administration systems (preferably Payroll Pro)
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and independent work attitude

What will you be doing
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing personnel and payroll administration, preferably using Payroll Pro. You will provide advice on HR policies and labor law matters while actively participating in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring smooth onboarding and guidance for new employees. Additionally, you will coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Drafting and managing employment contracts and other personnel documents will also be part of your role. You will monitor developments in labor laws and regulations and translate them into effective HR policies. Furthermore, you will assist in absence management and occupational health-related matters while continuously working on improving and optimizing HR processes within the organization.
