We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our hotel's marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the brand presence and drive revenue growth for our luxury property in Suriname. Reporting directly to the Hotel GM and managing a team of two, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. This position comes with attractive benefits, including a competitive salary of 24,000 USD net, a two-year work visa and residence permit, travel and documentation allowances, one month of paid leave, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new guests, retain existing customers, and increase overall revenue
- Create and execute seasonal, promotional, and special campaign strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, both online and offline

2. Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
- Oversee content creation, aligning with brand standards and target audience preferences
- Manage the hotel's website, social media accounts, and online presence
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to generate leads and engage potential guests
- Analyze digital campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments

3. Partnerships and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, and local businesses
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, influencers, and partners for joint promotions and campaigns

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on all marketing initiatives' performance
- Use customer insights, feedback, and booking data to refine marketing efforts
- Monitor ROI on marketing investments and recommend cost-effective strategies

5. Event Marketing:
- Promote hotel-hosted events, conferences, and special activities
- Manage event-specific marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media posts

6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources for various campaigns

7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with guest services and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall guest experience
- Gather and utilize guest feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve service offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM systems
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinking ability combined with strong analytical skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) is advantageous
