For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain IT systems. The role includes managing IT assets, user training, and supporting business operations.
Requirements
Entry-level experience in IT support or helpdesk.Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, remote desktop support tools, and IT security practices is a plus.Minimum M.B.O. level (Natin)
What will you be doing?
