For one of our clients we are searching for an Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the office, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the related field
  • Field of study: Secretarial or Office Management
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What will you be doing: 

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management while handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Maintain office supplies to ensure an organized and efficient workspace, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Provide clerical support to various departments, greet and assist visitors to create a welcoming office environment, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
