Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and exceptional guest service.
• Lead, train, and mentor front office staff, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
• Develop and implement front office procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and manage front office budgets and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Vibrant personality with a strong ability to connect with guests and staff.
• Proven experience in a front office or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
