We are looking for a dynamic and experienced customer service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and Dutch and have 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.

  • What will you be doing: 
    As a customer service Supervisor, your role involves supervising and supporting a team of call center agents to ensure smooth daily operations. You monitor the call center's performance, ensuring that service quality meets company standards. By providing coaching and training, you help improve agent productivity and professional growth. When customer complaints are escalated, you handle them effectively, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions. Analyzing call data and generating management reports are also key responsibilities, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement. You ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently followed and coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
