Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and test new recipes, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Supervise and train bakery staff, providing guidance on techniques, safety practices, and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate production of baked goods.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all food safety standards.
- Assist in customer interactions, addressing inquiries or special requests regarding baked goods.
- Participate in promotional activities and events as needed, showcasing our baked goods to the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role within a bakery or food service environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts.
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
- Strong creativity and an eye for detail in presentation.
