We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our establishment to new heights of success. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant culinary environment, managing a team of 20 staff members and reporting directly to the F&B Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure food preparation and service consistently meet quality standards
- Coordinate between kitchen, front-of-house, and other departments for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and strict adherence to health and safety regulations

2. Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or complaints
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure staff deliver high-quality service
- Analyze and respond to customer feedback to continually improve service quality

3. Team Leadership:
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 20 staff members
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts

4. Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, sales, and expenses to meet financial goals
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash registers and cash-outs
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements
- Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue improvement

5. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's offerings
- Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the foodservice industry, with at least 2-3 years in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $31,200 USD Net, along with an attractive benefits package including:
